Inam ur Rahman is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) from Pakistan and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from USA. Inam has over 15 years of audit and industry experience in Pakistan and in KSA. Inam was associated with two of the Big 4 auditing firms (i.e. PwC and Deloitte & Touche).

Inam’s extensive audit and assurance experience draws from serving variety of clients including banks, insurance, asset management, leasing, construction, manufacturing etc. Inam also served in the industry as Director of Finance and Head of Treasury.

A finance leader who has spent his career adding value to corporates serving in Big 4 accounting firms in Saudi Arabia and offshore clients in
Canada. He is ACA from ICAP (Pakistan) and has 12 years’ experience in Accounting, Auditing and Financial Restructuring.

Hasan is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the consulting industry (PWC). Skilled in Project management, Audit, Taxation, Research, Financial Planning and Advisory. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a member of ACCA. He is also lead guitarist at Pakistan based Music Band Mirage.

Laura Schiavone is ESG Lead Consultant at OASIS Global Consulting. She has more than 8 years’ experience in Environmental & Social Risks management and Sustainable Finance. She is also Lecturer at UCEMA University for Green bonds and Sustainable Finance Program, Panelist at “Renewable Energy Networks” and “ESG Management System” Sponsored by IDB. She was co-ordinator of the Sustainable Finance Protocol in Argentina, being part of the ESG committee and
Climate Change working group.

Usama is Specialized in Business Plans development, Financial Valuations, Feasibility studies, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA exercisSes), Project Finance, Due Diligence and Transaction Advisory. He has over 8 years of experience helping some of the Middle East’s leading corporates in restructuring, investments and mergers and acquisitions. He is a qualified accountant and CFA Level III candidate.
